Mission Statement
It is my deep belief that all forms of therapeutic body work are comprehensive health-enhancing therapies. They help the body strengthen itself and enhance the functioning of all the body’s physiological systems. Regular body work is as essential to health as changing the oil in your car is to its long term functioning. I’m committed to helping each individual achieve the highest level of health possible. In my mind, health is not a static concept but the ability of the body to adapt to, and recover, from external stressors.
My purpose in working with each person is to facilitate their understanding of their body and health. Within each of us is an “Inner Physician” who knows what is out-of-balance and what needs to be done to restore our health. I hope to acquaint you with your “Inner Physician” so that you can work together to stay healthy.

(SER) is a therapeutic process that can occur during CranioSacral Therapy or Rolfing to help rid the mind and body of the residual effects of trauma.
CranioSacral Therapy CST was pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger following extensive scientific studies from 1975 to 1983 at Michigan State University, where he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics.
Developed by Fritz Smith, MD in the early 1970s, Zero Balancing is a powerful body-mind therapy that uses skilled touch to address the relationship between energy and structures of the body.
